Behind “Franke IP Information” is the team of the law firm Franke & Partner in Munich. Our patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law combine sound legal expertise in intellectual property with technical and scientific know-how — and use this blog to share what occupies them in their daily practice.
Since its foundation in 2008, the firm has advised its clients in Germany, Europe and around the world. It is based in Munich’s Lehel district, in a historic period building right on the river Isar — in the city that, with the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the Unified Patent Court, is the centre of intellectual property in Germany.
