A controversy of this scale also drives heavy third-party re-use of the title and film stills<\/strong> by commenting outlets, raising both Werktitel (trademark) and copyright questions, with the quotation privilege (\u00a7 51 UrhG) as the relevant limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Should classification pressure lead to cuts or alterations, the director’s right of integrity<\/strong> (\u00a7 14 UrhG) is engaged.
